  1. If you were given a PhD degree, but had no more knowledge of the subject of the degree besides what you have now, what degree would you want to be given to you?

TO play you need to answer the question in the comment area below, and you need tp agree to rate your 5 parters with a 5 and a comment, not a silent 5. Please add a heart, even for this electronic swap. We all need a heart at this time in history. Be kind.

This is a boredom buster and invented for entertainment uses only and is not intended to replace any professional, legal or medial advice.

Even those with lower ratings may play, but I might ban folks that I suspect will not RATE their partners or who do not post a comment.

Pretty simple.

I promise to not leave silent 5s, I will leave a comment, a five and even a heart, because it costs me nothing and the players are taking the time to share their heart.

I really think I would like a PHD in Linguistics. I would like to be able to read some ancient texts in their original languages. I guess I am asking for a super brain, but many people speak more than 3 languages.

Business degree. I would really like to sit back and use my knowledge that I have gained thru the years.

I promise not to leave silent 5s. I will leave a comment a five & a ❀️Bc kindness does not cost a thing.

I would like a PhD in liturgical (or church) music. Given my current knowledge of the field, my many years of actual experience and my studies in music in college, I probably already qualify for a Master's Degree in Music. It would just be a matter of applying for it, and maybe taking a few classes. I don't know what I would have to do for a doctorate though.

The degree I want requires a little back story. I worked retail for 39 1/2 years. During the course of that time I worked in fabrics at TG&Y, Woolworth, Cloth World, Joann's Fabrics and 20 years at Walmart. At Walmart we used to get a new assistant manager about every 6-9 months. This one time we got a young lady fresh out of college. After about 2 weeks she came to my department and told me just how we were to run the department: Blah, blah, blah. I told her that our department didn't run like housewares. Our customers always need specialized service. (Somebody's got to cut the fabric.) She stuck her nose in the air and in her superior voice said, "I'll have you know, I have a 4 year degree in business management!" So I took on the same air as she had and said, "I'll have you know, I have a 30 year degree in fabrics management! Please, Come back here and work awhile!" She did and after 2 days she couldn't take it any longer. She said our customers were too needy. LOL!

So I would love to have a piece of paper showing my PhD in Fabrics Customer Service.

A degree in faking it until I make it! Omg, I never have experience doing anything but that never seems to stop me. No experience at improv, sure I'll start a group! No good at talking in front people, sure I'll emcee your show! Never cooked with celeriac root, I bet I can make that into soup... I will try anything once, unfortunately it's usually publicly because I do a lot of performance things, but there's nothing to clear the sinuses like messing up in front of people, but then looking back on the footage and realizing it was actually passable. πŸ˜†πŸ’–

Oh yes, fives and hearts and weird comments for everyone!

Philosophy. There is not much that I know enough of to warrant a PHD but I do know that I do not know. Which is pretty deep right?

I would probably choose a PhD in care, I look after my elderly poorly grandma and have learnt so much by doing so. It's not as easy as many people think. Who knows I might go and get my nursing degree one day

I promise to give a 5, comment, and heart to all my partners!

I don't really think I have enough knowledge on anything to get a PhD but I suppose I would choose one in soils. A pretty weird and unusual thing to get a PhD in haha. I've been a part of Envirothon for the last 4 years at my high school, and it's a competition where students compete in teams on their knowledge of the environment. My area of expertise was soils :). After the last few years of training, I now know how to distinguish soil type through touch and identify the different soil horizons in a soil pit lol.

Side note- my team made it to nationals/internationals last year and a part of the competition is creating a 20 min presentation on a management plan for a farm. You and your teammates are locked inside a room for half a day to create your presentation and then present it the next day. Definitely an intimidating task to accomplish but looking back not so bad :) Maybe I should switch my imaginary PhD to last minute presentation making instead haha

My hubby likes to listen to the solid gold oldies on MusicChoice. They always put facts up on the screen about the artists. Yesterday I saw that there is a lady that has achieved a Masters Degree in the Beatles. I never even heard of classes studying the Beatles.
