Easter Eggs (a chunky book)

This swap is international and open to all who are in good standing in the Chunky Book Artists group. We will be making EASTER EGG shaped chunky book pages. We will have 5 partners and create 6 pages. That is 1 page per partner plus an additional one to keep……..6 pages in all.

We will be using the EASTER EGG TEMPLATE on my blog. It uploads to a 8.64 x 5.60 inch print out (including the background border).

The front of the page should be heavily decorated and embellished. The back should be nicely finished and signed by the artist. Please use heavy gauge sturdy cardstock as a base for your pages. Remember, these are “chunky pages”.

In creating these pages please keep heavy embellishments ½ inch to the right of the left hand edge of the egg so as to make binding easier.

Please do not punch holes into pages you are sending out. Your partner may wish to place the hole(s) somewhere else or use some other form of binding.

This is an artistic endeavor and we should create that which we would love to receive. Please do not sign up if you haven’t the time for this or you are over loaded with too many swaps. This swap will require some time and thought and creative energy. No one wants to receive something that is just thoughtlessly and haphazardly thrown together last minute.

As the hostess of this swap, I reserve the right to ban anyone who does not meet the requirements.

Please....do your best to get your pages out on time. It would be nice to have our pages reach our partners before Easter. :-)
