Description:

A much more detailed description is available here, in the forums, but I'll give a brief run-down of this section. Please do read the forum post for clarification though.

  • You will be receiving a sheet of paper folded into thirds in the mail. The top two thirds of the paper will be covered up. DO NOT PEEK
  • Draw some sort of legs/tail/wheels/lower-section that continues down from the lines of the torso that your partner left you. You have now completed the drawing. Sign your name (and username?) somewhere unobtrusive on your section of the drawing.
  • Carefully remove or cut the two cover sheets off of the other sections of the drawing (I recommend x-acto-ing the bits of tape just on the edge of the paper), and admire the bizarreness.
  • Scan or take a picture of the completed drawing, in case it gets lost in the mail, or in case your partner doesn't.
  • Now mail the completed and uncovered drawing to your new partner.

  • When you receive the completed drawing at the end of this complicated swap, you are required to take a picture or scan of it, and upload it to the swap gallery in part 3/3 and/or post it to the swap discussion thread linked above. That way we can all admire what we've done.

IMPORTANT

  • You MUST join all three of the Exquisite Corpse swaps in order to participate, or the numbers/partnering system will be thrown off.
  • You may have the same partner more than once through the three swaps, but that's okay, it's just part of the fun of chance.
  • Signup deadline is the 23rd, just so people don't have to have all three swaps in their queue at once. You have two weeks to receive the head and torso sections, complete the drawing, and send it out again to your new partner.
  • Shouldn't need to say this because we're all Complicated Swappers, but please follow all the directions, and if you have a question, ask!
