Hi! So, first off, if you're reading this, know someone's here for you and willing to talk and/or listen! Note: this is international!! I am hosting a USA version, and am planning on making this one of a series if you guys like!!! This swap is for those who have an undiagnosed mental illness. I know it's kind of weird, that it's for people who don't have a confirmation, but I am one of those people. And I don't mean this in the way that "I have anxiety because I get nervous" or "I have ADHD because I get bored easily or say random things." I mean that over time, you started to realize you have (non stereotypical) traits from the mental illness. Also, you can join if you're diagnosed, just don't bash people who aren't diagnosed! There's a variety of things that make a mental illness a mental illness, and there are different aspects to a specific mental illness that doesn't always appear in a person! Just wanted to say this! What to send: a letter, at least half a page, about the mental illness(es) you have and a flat rate item! Some topics you can discuss/share: Why you believe you have (mental illness) A traumatic experience Problems you have currently How quarantine is going Your favorite movie/thing/flower Why you're still going/what gets you up in the morning A favorite TV show A friend you talk to about your mental illness (even if it's small, it's a start) Why you haven't gotten yourself diagnosed Feel free to add in the comments!!! These are just suggestions or ideas! Have an AMAZING DAY! Feel free to message me about anything! - Lexi Signing off with Avicci's "The Nights" He said: "One day you'll leave this world behind So live a life you will remember" My father told me when I was just a child "These are the nights that never die" |
