Hi swappers! Let's follow another of Wendy's tutorials, found HERE to create an embellished jeweler's envelope. I admit to not having any idea about jeweler's envelopes, but that's how Wendy describes the project, so we're going with it! This is in her 'one page' series--so you can create the envelope from one sheet of coffee- or tea-dyed paper or any other paper of the same weight that measures 8.5"x11".
