Description:

We're Back!!

Keri Smith has published about 11 inspiring books! I’m creating swaps based on their book The Pocket Scavenger.

In these swaps we will be taking an item that you either have or find, and altering them. Each swap is item specific but how you alter it is up to you! Some ideas include:

  • incorporating it into a drawing (perhaps of a map or a character etc)
  • add a design on top of it
  • turn into/add to an ATC
  • cut and rearrange the parts
  • trace it and use the shape
  • decorate it
  • clean it up
  • add text or texture
  • turn it into something else (a keychain, an earring, etc)
  • combine it with other found items

The Item For This Swap Is: A Used Envelope

Please put effort into the swap and send something you would be happy to receive, and give your partner a 5 star rating if they send an altered version of a A Used Envelope .

Please include a note of where you found the items you’re using and how you altered them! You should not have to buy items for this swap. The point is to use items and tools you find or already have.

This can easily be a flat one stamp swap, but please ensure your item ships safely and intact.

Are we making an envelope or using an envelope to make something else?

Yay! I am a Keri Smith fan of her book, "Wreck This Journal."

You're using an envelope that's been used before to make something else!
