WIYM: Bingo Card Decoration USA

So for this swap let's create a bingo card decoration/hanger. Let's make it a 5 x 7 size. You can use a regular or vintage look card. Make sure it has a sturdy back ground. Please double check with your partner if they'd like one made with some kind of hanger (can be twine, fabric, ribbon, jute, etc). Decorate your card with whatever you'd like: clip art/rubber stamping/fabric/foil/buttons/ribbon; whatever your heart desires. Minimal use of stickers, please. All kinds of examples on Pinterest. Please include a note with your Swap-Bot info: real name/Swap-Bot name/name of swap/place you live/date. Please rate promptly after you have received your bingo card. One's & three's will be looked at on a case by case basis. Will angel after all options of contacting your partner have been exhausted & a one given.
