Swap Coordinator:kaylarose2 (contact)
Swap categories: Artist Trading Card (ATC)
Number of people in swap:9
Location:International
Type:None
Last day to signup/drop:March 15, 2009
Date items must be sent by:April 30, 2009
Number of swap partners:1
Description:

Each person fills a baggie or envelope with:

Ò€’ 20 (or more) "bits 'n pieces of this & that" (see below for ideas*). Please give enough of an assortment for your partner to create with. Ò€’ 2 blank ATCs (any color) Γ’β‚¬β€œ THIS IS OPTIONAL; if you want to let your partner choose, don't include them.

You then send this to your assigned partner and your partner will do the same for there partner. When you receive your baggie or envelope, your task is to create 2 ATCs for your partner using the items you received. If you want to add something from your own stash of supplies, that's fine, but please try to use at least a few of the items sent to you. That's the fun challenge part.

What's also fun is that if you were curious about - say, vintage, but haven't done much with it, you could gear the items towards that theme and see what your partner does with them. Or you could include your favorite color combination(s), or give a wide variety of items with no theme. There are so many possibilities with this swap.

Any leftover items are yours to keep.

  • The possibilities are endless, but here are some ideas to hopefully get your mind thinking: background papers, pictures, photos, words, sayings, ribbon, fiber, buttons, brads, eyelets, charms, stickers, cancelled postage stamps, chipboard, stencilsÒ€¦

This swap is open to newbies with full profiles and anyone with ratings over 4.0 I have given a month n half from sign up to send you items and hopefully enough time to have recieved the finished ATC's back - if this is not long enough please let me know and ill happily make it longer.

When it comes to rating you rate the person who sent you the kit you got to make ATC's from

Have fun!!!

Just to be clear... we send the kit to our assigned partner, and rate the person who sent us the kit... not the person who sent the finished ATC. Correct?

yes rate the person who sent you the finished kit - and if people put pictures of the finished ATCs when swap is finished we all get to see what each other created

wat if we rate when we get the kit but then our partner never sends the finished atc's

I hope everyone will be nice and not scam anyone here - this is supposed to be fun for us all and us all to get 2 atc's back - if you partner happens to not send their finished atc's then let me know and i will be happy to angel and send atc's

I think what kaylarose meant to say is rate the person who finishes the ATC not the sender of supplies. :-)
