Pinwheel Card

For this swap, we are going to do this cool pinwheel card technique following these two tutorials CLICK HERE and CLICK HERE. You will make your partner a card using this pinwheel technique. It can be any size, occasion or color scheme you choose. Sending an envelope is optional as most of us have a stash of envelopes we can use.
