Description:

@recycleit has graciously allowed me to host a spinoff version of her 📫Pen Pals that Read Profiles (40+) 🐌 swap. If you enjoy pen palling, I highly recommend that you check out her swap as well!

This swap is intended for people who are looking for long-term pen pals / pen friends to write to regularly. To join, you must have a well-filled out profile that features information about you besides what you enjoy for swaps (ex: what you do for work, your family, pets, hobbies, etc.)

Please only join this swap if you're looking for regular two-way conversation that avoids generic letter writing (it should be obvious that you read your partner's profile and that you're conversing with them specifically!)

There's no length requirement, but your letter should cover more than one topic. Some ideas for an intro letter include asking about your partner's typical day or week, sharing your interests and hobbies, sharing what your family and friends are like, and asking your partner questions about the things on their profile.

Rate based on whether it was clear that your partner read your profile. If they did, rate a 5. If you aren't interested in being pen pals with the person whose letter you received, please send them a polite message so that they aren't waiting for a letter that will never come! Don't rate down just because you aren't a long-term match :)

I will vet all participants before assigning partners and will angel if necessary, please communicate with your partner!
