Description:
Swap updated to USA only; sign up date pushed out two days to Feb. 18. For this package swap, you will post a minimum of five themes or packages that you will OFFER to your partner. When partners are assigned, check to see who you receive from, then come back here to the swap page to see the items that person is offering. You'll then pick which one of the five offered items you'd like to receive and send a PM to the person letting her/him know which themed package you want. The twist: Since we're all book lovers here, two of the five themed offerings should be related to books or reading. Each themed package should be a complete one that has value. For example, a theme of **Once Upon a Time” could have a book of traditional fairy tales, a book with twisted fairy tales, and a DVD of the same-named TV show or of the Tarantino film "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood." A computer printout of “Jack and the Beanstalk” or “Snow White” would NOT constitute a complete package. The themes can be open-ended, specific or a mix. It will depend on what you have to offer. They can be item specific or themes that simply offer a hint to what the package may contain. Use your stash to come up with theme. You shouldn’t have to buy anything unless you just want to. When you say two of the five themed offerings should be books, does that mean two of your offered packages should revolve around a book in some way. Or does it mean that whichever theme is chosen, there must be two books inside?

I interpreted it as at least two of the five themes should be related to books (e.g. books, bookmarks…)

I agree that you should make another swap like this for the US only. It’s one of the most intriguing concepts I’ve seen on this site. I think more people would join if they didn’t potentially have to pay such high shipping rates. Thank you for hosting such great book related swaps! 💕
