CF: Paper Quilt Card (Edited)

I hosted this swap a few years ago, and thought it might be fun to do again.

To make a paper quilt card, will adhere paper strips to a piece of card stock and then layer that onto a folded card. (If you have some adhesive paper, it's great to cut in your desired layer size, peel off the protective backing, lay it sticky side up, and add your pretty paper strips to it. By doing this, you don't need to glue or use tape on each strip). Your strips can go diagonally, horizontally, or vertically, and be in differing widths. [Optional: Before layering onto a folded card, dry emboss it with a pretty embossing folder. I’ve recently made quite a few of these and it really makes it look like a quilt.]

Please add a bible verse to the front, any way you want to. It's optional to add other card layers or embellishments.

Most of all, have fun choosing different color combinations and making your cards.

What crafty projects are you working on? Hmmm, make any delicious meals lately? What interesting websites have you visited lately? What are your Easter plans? Grandkids? What are you reading? Share a memory of yesterday or yesteryear. There is always something to write about. 😎
