Description:
One of the nicest things about lounging around in coffee shops is the music that plays in the background while you chat or write or people-watch stare off into space. For this swap, you will create the soundtrack for your ideal cafe. I'm thinking jazz, pretty-sounding indie pop and songs in languages I don't understand, but you can include whatever you like. Please include at least 15 songs (although more is encouraged). Also, write a li'l note, telling your partner a little about yourself, your coffee-drinking habits, your favorite coffee shop, and/or whatever else you feel like saying. I'm always curious to know about the people who send me presents ;*) Newbies are welcome to sign up. If you have a rating of 4 or below, please contact me and promise me that you won't forget to send these cds.

I'd love to participate in this swap but 4 partners is too many for me, that's 4 CD's plus postage times 4, internationally perhaps. The usual for CD swaps is 2.

I just finished my mix! This was so much fun to do! I hope you'll do a round 2... I ended up with enough songs for 2 cds. The first one will be the one I'm sending, it has an indie sound and the second one is jazzy. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a round 2! :) I can't wait for partner assignment!

Update: I want to apologize to my current swap partners that I am running late. My sister needed to come up immediately to start getting moved in. We've been working around the clock to prep part of the house and I have had no time for anything else...even sleep! I am trying my best to get caught up. I am not going to flake on anyone, but please please please be patient with me. I really am trying the best I can. I'm sorry! I hope the special packages I put together for you will make up for it!
