We had so much fun in the first round I have decided to host another round of AI-generated short story swaps. This time you will create one story to send to two partners (plus the host) to compile and send to all group members. In this type 1 swap, each participant will generate a short story using the ChatGPT Chat platform. To access it, go to Open AI Chat and have the platform generate a short story by prompting it in the chat box. Note: You do have to register for a free account to do so. You can have AI generate a story by suggesting any topic you wish in the chat box. Once you've created your story, you can edit it in Word or Google Docs to tweak it. You then send it to your swap partners and me, the swap host. ([email protected]) I will compile all short stories and send the compilation to the entire group for your reading pleasure. Swap Requirements: Story Length: Each participant should generate a short story with a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 1000 words. This range ensures that we have a variety of stories to enjoy while maintaining a manageable length. Story Theme: There are no specific theme restrictions for this swap. Feel free to explore any genre, setting, or concept that inspires you. Let your imagination run wild! Swap Process: Generating Your Story: Access the OpenAI Chat platform and utilize its creative writing capabilities to generate your unique short story. Follow the platform's prompts and engage in a conversation with the AI to shape your narrative. Editing and Proofreading: After generating your story, take the time to review, edit, and proofread it. Please ensure the story flows smoothly and correct any grammatical errors or typos. You can also add, subtract or modify the story to your liking. Sending Your Story: Once satisfied with your story, please send it to your assigned swap partners. Additionally, please email a copy of your story to the swap coordinator at [email protected]. This will allow the coordinator to compile all the stories into a document for everyone to enjoy. Story Compilation: As the swap coordinator, I will collect all the received stories and compile them into a single document. This compilation will include the stories of all participants and will be shared with everyone. Receiving and Reading the Compilation: Once the compilation is ready, it will be distributed to all participants via email for your enjoyment. Feedback: Be sure to rate your partner! |
