How about a Happy Halloween flat mail file folder swap? A mini file folder filled with Halloween goodies sounds better than candy right now, are you in? Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create two mini Halloween themed file folders filled with festive paper goodies. What is a mini file folder you ask? It's a sheet of paper folded over so that the left side doesn't quite reach the right, and you can cut a file folder shaped tab at the top. Inside you folder, you can add a belly band or pocket, and tuck all sorts of happy inside. Decorate the cover and send it off to your partner! For this swap, you will have two partners. Your envelope with file folder nad happy bits should weight an ounce or less so that you can mail it with 1-2 stamps. I think you accidentally only assigned one partner. It says two in the description but only 1 at the top. And I only have one assigned.
