Pocket Journal Tag Themed #1

We're going to make a themed, pocket (3.5"x6.5") journaling tag for our partner. It should have 2 pockets, one-sided so they have the option of glueing into their journal. The pockets can be horizontal, diagonal, or a combination of both which can look really nice. Place a few items inside the pockets for your partner.

It's crafters choice on how you make it. I know some people that can magically transform a single sheet of paper into a folded pocket tag using no glue or sewing. Me, not so much. You can be creative in whatever works best for you. Have fun!
