Description:

This is a continuation of the swap that was being hosted by @goodgollymissmolly Since it looks like her mom is very ill, and we haven't had our partners assigned, I'm re-hosting with a short lead time so we can get to swapping! The following requirements are taken pretty much verbatim from the original swap, so if you're just stumbling across it now, feel free to join up if you meet the requirements.

A baker's dozen is 13. You will send 1 postcard to 13 different partners. Since postcards are pretty cheap to send, this will be an international swap.

This swap will be open to newbies, with completed profiles and established swappers with 4.6 rating or above. A pattern of recent no-sends will get you banned, prior to swap start.

Please send postcards naked (without an envelope). Write anything you like on the card itself...a little something about yourself is always nice...you never know when a simple postcard might prompt a new ongoing penpalship!

Postcards are sender's choice and can be store bought or nicely handmade.

Don't forget to include the name of the swap and your swap-bot ID on the the card so your partners can rate you.

Last Day to Sign Up: August 6th

Last Day to Mail Your Cards: August 14th

Can they be vintage postcards?

Folks - these cards will be hand made (under supervision) by my 5 yr old twins - the summer holidays are getting long! this will make going to the post box more interesting for them!

@maggiesmother Sure! Since this is my adopted/adapted swap now and I get to make the rules, I say they're definitely welcome. ;) I love vintage stuff, personally.

@dawnu I like that you're getting the kiddos involved! I just wish I had whole days open in the summer to just crafting -- I'm jealous!

Do you consider postcards from the 50"s & 60's vintage if so yeah I want to play.
