Cozy care package for fall

♥ Getting those cozy fall feelings yet? I sure am! So I thought we'd have a fall swap.

♥ What to send? Well, I can think of a few things like warm socks, hot drinks or candles. Something to read, something to snack on while reading or maybe something to cuddle with? Crafty things are nice too, for those rainy days we spend inside.

But also things with a general fall theme or simply something that has fall colors. Apples, blueberries, leaves, orange, red, brown, rain and so on. Store bought or handmade, anything goes.

The only requirement is basically that it fits a cozy fall theme and contains things your partner will enjoy (do I need to ask you to check profiles? probably not, huh?). Make it an LP if you like but that's totally optional.
