Description:

Greetings,

With the fall upon us i thought we could all use a bit of merriment and cheer by adding a lovely autumn themed swap!! This one will be easy and relatively quick so that we can have loads of time to enjoy it before the season is over. The swap is not partner specific so you don't have to wait until a partner is assigned to put together your scumptious package, in fact start now!

Also please be sure your decor is for Fall/Autumn and not Halloween Specific just in case your package doesn't arrive in time for Halloween or the recipient doesn't participate in that holiday.

Here is what you'll send:

  1. Fall Themed recipe - Please make the recipe lovely by placing it on a scrap book page or a decorated recipe card page you can see example here: http://pinkpersimmon.typepad.com/pinkpersimmon/2009/01/recipe-card-layout.html

and here: http://www.kevinandamanda.com/scrapbook/recipes/

  1. Fall themed decoration- Buy or create something that is fall themed and would make a NICE decorative touch. Make it something you'd like to receive... value of at least $3-$5

  2. Fall themed kitchen kitsch- Either a towel, set of napkins (at least 2), Set of napkin rings (at least)2, Pot holder etc; something for the kitchen that is lovely and will make the receiver smile... value of at least $3-$5

That's it!! i suggest hearts for extra special packages

This may be a very stupid question, but for the recipe is there any preferred dimensions?

hisnamaste 10/19/2009 #

No... it can be either 8X5 or 8X11.5 depending on the sheet size.

Can It Be a 6x6?

hisnamaste 10/21/2009 #

Krazy Chef,

Yes i suppose it can be that size although that size doesn't fit comfortably in either a regular scrapbook or a 1/2 size scrap book/ recipe card box so i wouldn't suggest it.
