~~~This is the new home for the canceled swap "10 Lists of 10" from VivaLaDiane. She is being really awesome and letting me host. ~~~

I love list swaps. This is my first time hosting and I hope a lot of you join! This list is not based on your partner, so you can start it whenever and be able to mail it asap.

The Rules

Must be mailed. Can be typed or hand written.Should be legible. International and newbies welcome. Please have your profile filled out before joining. I will check for flakers before partners are assigned.

The 10 lists of ten:

  1. 10 favorite TV shows ever.

  2. 10 favorite actors/actresses.

  3. 10 favorite movies.

  4. 10 favorite crafts (you don't have to put crafts you know -- can include crafts you admire or would like to learn.)

  5. 10 things you wouldn't want to live without.

  6. 10 unique experiences that you have had (things you consider unique, not neccessarily things other people would think are unique.) If you can't think of any/enough, do 10 unique experiences you would like to have.

  7. 10 favorite animals.

  8. 10 things that remind you of your childhood.

  9. 10 favorite musicians.

  10. 10 things that would change your life in a good way.

Great idea - I am a list person and couldn't live without them. One question...does it matter what format these are in two send (i.e. a notebook, nice paper, etc.). Thanks!

About the unique experiences...like experiences you've had or ones that you'd like to have?

laydeedancer, I just got another question saying the same thing. #6 is about experieces you have had that you consider unique. Hope that's helpful!

bookwormleah, you can send these in any form! Nice paper or a fun format are great. I personally made mine a booklet and decorated the pages (I was inspired by one of the comments on the old version of this swap.)

6 could be anything ... like you wore a sweater in july or read a certain book.

If you can't think of anything, write experiences that you would like to have (I think I'll go change the rules to include that).

I am thinking of listing more, especially one based on jobs. I think list swaps are a neat way to meet people.

I got my list done - now comes the hard part of deciding how to format it...since I'm new, can anyone give me some ideas? What have people done before?

What do you mean by format? I just wrote it on cute stationary, wrote a short note on a separate piece of small stationary and put it in the envelope waiting for the address so I can send it.

I love this swap. My life is centered around making lists. Sarah, my 9 year old daughter, makes lists often. I think I've marked her for life.
