Description:

It's that time of year again, time to start writing your holiday cards! What could be better than a nice holiday card than a holiday card with a treat in it?

Here are the details:

  • You will ave 2 partners.

  • Purchase or make a regular-sized holiday greeting card. (approximately 4 x 6 inches or 10 x 15 centimeters)

  • Choose (and include) one drink mix sachet or one individually wrapped treat valued approximately $1 for your partner. Think holiday treats! This swap is senders choice but please check your partners profile to see if they have any allergies etc.

  • Write a nice chatty note to your partner describing your favorite holiday activity inside the card. Just writing your name and the swap inside the card is not acceptable and does not meet swap requirements.

  • Please make every effort to send a nice swap. Although this is a low-cost swap, sending out-of-date, fragile, or otherwise undesirable items is not in the spirit of the swap. Please only send unopened items and in the original packaging. Let's be thoughtful and make the most of our small-space budgets!

  • Please pack your treat in a zip-top plastic bag to ensure that your partners can enjoy their treat!

  • Please send items in their original, sealed packaging for health and customs reasons. Be sure to check expiration dates and only send in-date food items that will not expire before reaching your partner.

  • It's also a good idea to use packing tape all over the outside of the envelope to avoid tearing. We all know how rough the postal service can be on mail. There is nothing worse than receiving a mangled card and all the contents missing!

  • Send and rate on time. On the rare occasion that you may need to send a bit late, please contact your partner and hostess before the swap deadline has passed.

Happy Holidays everyone!
