Alter Something

This will be an adventure swap. You need to go and find something at a thrift store. Take that wonderful find home and alter it somehow. The final creation should have a different function that what it started out in life to do.

For example:

A chocolate tin could become a decorated notecard holder.

A cowboy boot could become a lamp.

A teddybear could become a purse.

A pair of jeans could become a bag.

Got the idea?

I'm giving you plenty of time for this one so don't worry if you can't find something your first trip to the thrift store.

Make sure you include a note that tells what the item started out as in case some of us slower folk (me) might not know.
