Description:
I'm in full planning mode for our public library Summer Reading Program now. This year, the theme is "Make a Splash @ your library". So I thought, this would be a Great theme for hand drawn/painted ATC's! YOU MUST: Send One (1) new hand drawn/painted ATC with the theme "Make a Splash" (library optional!) to one (1) partner. In an effort to avoid flakers, participants should not have received any "1" ratings in the past 6 months. If you feel you've been rated unfairly, please send me a note.
