Description:

I saw this on CNN and found it interesting and hope some of you do as well. It is about your name. First, you must have a 4.5 rating or higher to participate. Newbies are welcome. It is a short, low pressure swap. Answer the following questions:

How did your name affect you growing up?

Is your name common or unusual? Do you like that?

Interview your parents if possible, why did they name you how they did?

Have you changed your name? Why and what was that like?

Is it hard to pronounce your name?

Has your name led to funny or awkward moments?

Do you think your name has impacted your life?

What happens when you Google yourself?

Who do you share your name with that is famous?

Do you know if anyone has the exact same name as you? If yes, have you tried to contact them? What was that like? If no, you haven't tried to contact them, try and then tell about it.

This could be interesting, challenging, and fun. I will leave a two week period to send out your answers to 2 partners. All the questions are not required but do your best to answer as many as possible so your partner has a good idea of where your name came from and what has been like to be you. Have fun!!

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but do we have to write it twice (one to each partner) or can we make a copy? I guess some people will type it on their computer & print 2 copies? (I'm a hand-written letter kind of girl!)

It's your choice.
