Description:

I was thinking about swaps to put up for this Autumn/Winter & remembered this swap we had back in 2007. Originally CADlady hosted this swap, but she no longer swaps on SB.

This is International....but, think of it as an awesome Yule gift for your CW sister or brother!

You will send your 1 partner a standard (10oz/295ml approx.) COFFEE MUG (thrift store find, handmade, plastic will cut down on the postage!) filled/stuffed to overflowing. Fill the mug with whatever makes you smile, trying to limit your TOTAL cost to about $12US, mug included!

Fill/stuff the mug with all sorts of Winter Soltice-y Goodness. (What would make you smile one day in December?)

Please ensure the mug is food safe (microwave safe is nice, but not essential) and that you wrap the finished filled mug in pretty plastic wrap/shrink wrap. Mail it in bubble wrap to keep the handle safe.

Filling Ideas: tiny, wrapped "package(s)" complete with a bow, holiday notecards, a bit-o'bubble bath (drop-in ball, fizzy tablet, or small packet), a tiny "cup coaster" for the mug to sit on, handmade 'fridge magnet, hot soup packet, pkg of hot cocoa mix, some peppermint drops, an individual coffee or tea packet (check their profile!), a holiday or adorable swizzle stick, a candy-dipper spoon (dipped in chocolate or other confection to melt when stirred), Solstice greetings, "snow" confetti, etc. etc. etc.

New Member Rules apply

A late send will get you AT LEAST a 3. Please send on time. Life stuff happens..so let your partner know.

YaY! I've found some yummy goodies that are too big to go into the cup but I'll stuff the box AND the cup!

NYUK! NYUK! NYUK! =D

Ho ho ho, I live in the same area that makes Bedre chocolates... nom nom nom! And Neighbors coffees/hot cocoa mixes, too. I hope my partner likes CHOCOLATE!

I can tuck all sorts of things in the corners. People, make sure your profiles are well filled out, especially if you have allergies. This would be a great way to clear off my shelves of those single pieces of inventory, still in great shape but loners. LOL can I send out my package now? Ha ha

Are we allowed to list a couple of likes and dislikes, or will this be purely senders choice?

Likes & Dislikes is great...your partner may not follow them, but it gives them an idea of stuff you might want especially for this swap. But, if you have allergies, please post those & partners need to follow those requests. Great question, Morgaine!
