~ Baba Yaga Escape Kit, pictured above, created by @TangleCrafts for a previous swap - packaging does not necessarily meet requirements as outlined below; photos kindly provided by @thehappyhoneybee ~ Edit in title above refers to send-by date, which has been extended by a week into April. Swap description: A Packet of Enchantment Imagine you are a pedlar in a fairy tale marketplace, or by the turnstile where three roads meet. What products might be lurking in your basket, waiting for the opportunity to barter with an unsuspecting stranger? For this swap you will provide your partner with a sample of this fictional pedlar's wares. Your sample must be packaged as a replica of 'the real thing' (unless you have secret sources within the realm of fairy tale, in which case an actual 'real thing' is perfectly acceptable), in whatever manner best suits the peddled item (e.g. seed packet, small box, bagged etc) but must include:
The real world value of the peddled item is immaterial. Your item may be something that actually features as a bartered/purchased item within a fairy tale such as Jack's handful of beans, or Snow White's poisoned comb; or it could be something used by a character or which appears as a specific feature/prop within a fairy tale such as a a hook guaranteed to catch a talking, wish-fulfilling fish, or a recipe & directions for construction of a gingerbread cottage. You get the idea Γ’β¬β be as creative as you like! Swap requirements
The obvious bit As well as meeting requirements as outlined on group homepage participants must have no late swaps on their dashboard, no 3 ratings in the last 3 months, and no 1 ratings in the last 12 months. I will check before assigning partners, so please contact me if you are concerned. I will take extenuating circumstances into account, but the happy swapping of the majority is the most important factor. |
