Description:

We all do have some sticker sheets left that we don't use or we do have some spares of :) So I thought, why not making a swap to get rid rid of those stickers and get some others in exchange! Don't you like those swaps who tell you to send 10 stickers each to 3 partners? It costs 3x shipping postage and you only get 30 stickers! This one lets you pay 1x postage and you get MANY stickers! Your chance to exchange for other stickers!

What can we send?

full stickersheets , spare stickers cut from the sheets , stickerflakes , puffy stickers, glittery, cute, scrapbooking, cartoons,.... decotapes (everything that sticks and isn't commercial)

What do we NOT send:

Commercial stickers ,Damaged stickers ,No panini or other album stickers

Rules:

This swap is International we send out 6 x 9 inch envelope full of stickers. It has to be otherwise 1cm thick in the middle OR needs to weigh between 100-200gramm . If someone else sends you way more then 200gr or a thicker envelope! Rate them a Heart!

This is your chance to aim for hearts and get new stickers in return!

Only people with ratings above 4.5 and with a full profile! Newbies aren't allowed.

If you wish a European only swap, please PM me =)

Could you put a number of stickers for this swap? Like, 50 or 100 or something? That would be a lot easier for me to go by!

If not, I understand!

Bluebird 10/ 8/2007 #

Yes I agree, a number would be good. I will join if there is a number set.

The swap details are:

This swap is International we send out 6 x 9 inch envelope full of stickers. It has to be otherwise 1cm thick in the middle OR needs to weigh between 100-200gramm . If someone else sends you way more then 200gr or a thicker envelope! Rate them a Heart!

Why a number? If there's a number given like example 50 stickers.. Some people send 50 small or some send 50 large.. There would be way too much difference.. I think working with weight and thickness would give a nicer variation.. I have joined many stickerswaps with an amount of stickers that had to be send (numbers) and I mostly received really small stickers and such.. Then the swap is just a number ;)

maybe you could weigh 100-200 grams of sticker ( both would be better). than we can have an estimate number of stickers that should weigh one hundred and 200 grams cuz i don't have a scale or anything to weigh them on and i might go to mail it and it not weigh enough at least than i can estimate what i would need, like if it takes you 300 stickers (small and big together ) to weight 200 grams than i know i would need approximately 300 stickers and i could go for more for extras ..... ????

i just did up this swap and i went with the thickness swap, its definatly over a cm think could be two ...

Butterfly 10/12/2007 #

I don't have a scale, either, and I don't know metrics, so I guess I can't join, waah. Have fun with this one, it's a great idea!

AndreaSmondria 10/13/2007 #

you can Google a conversion table, which will .let you turnanything you use into Cm's http://www.gordonengland.co.uk/conversion/length.htm this ones great, write one in the centemeters (cm) spot and press calculate and it will convert it into anything you want.. light years even!

I'll weigh the stickers soon :) But I have to go to a birthday today of my grandfather who becomes 80 today :) If I kind find some time in the next days I'll make the envie and count the stickers.. It will take a lot of time though ;)

But how do you come that you don't have scales? :) I have one to weigh my swaps to add the exact amount of stamps on the swaps.. :) You all go to the post office every day?

But you can go with thickness too like you said. That's why I made 2 possibilities :) I had this swap before and my stickers weighed around 200gr and my package was 1.5cm thick so :) But it all depends on which stickers you'll add.. You have small ones, large, thick, thin, puffy,... :)

I know I still don't have any ratings yet, but I really should any day now! I sent several things out a week ago, they really should have it soon. I really want to participate in this one. Thanks, Crystal

Ilovekawaii 10/15/2007 #

Okay, I'll let you in but if the swap closes and there aren't a few ratings there I need to remove you sorry :) But you have some days left now :)

CelestialFreak 10/17/2007 #

I've been prepping this swap tonight. Just thought I'd mention that I took the time to cut off all the used parts so I'm not sending throw-away pieces, or padding the envelope with needless paper. I had someone send me that once and it bugged me. If my swap partner does the same for me I will for sure give hearts!

Ilovekawaii 10/22/2007 #

I come around 220 stickers, but I added a mix of everything. Large, small, puffy, glitter,... I also added some partial sheets and whole ones..

It just depends on which you add.. The best is to go with the thickness if you don't hace a scale.. It will be around the 1 cm thick :)
