Is it OK to do a two in one. Like, I have a ribbon with fish on it. Can I count that as #2 & #3 or would it just be the ribbon?

Yes I think that would be OK to count at separate because in theory, you could hang a charm or a bead from a ribbon and count them as separate items.

What if...I stamped a fish on a ribbon....would that count as #2 and #3 and #4??? (lol)
