Guidelines: Quantity - minimum 250 yds (sock yarn - minimum 375 yds, enough for a pair)

Sending group swaps no later than the send-by date is considered a swap requirement. In the rare circumstance that you must send late, please contact your partner AND the swap host no later than the send date.

What happens if someone wants to join but is allergic to animal blends?

I'm not allergic but I do have a ton of acrylic that could use a good home.

What blends are you specifically allergic to? Most people who have allergies to wool for example can use Llama or Alpaca with no conflict.

I would be happy to set up a private swap with you for acrylic. What I am trying to avoid is a mass exchange of yarns the quality like the traditional Red Heart that my mother used in the 70's. It was fine when it was the only choice but now we have so many more options!! Some of the newer acrylic's are lovely and I've recently been through my own stash and may set up an acrylic swap in the future.

I have modified the swap requirements slightly.

btw-Goodwill accepts the old acrylic yarns in their donations. I know the group I knit with can hardly give it away to each other (most people who have experienced the new fibers!!) :)
