12 Days of Christmas - MandiNoel and craftygirl

This is a fun little Christmas gift tradition that my mother always did for my sister and I as children. It's a gift countdown to Christmas that's loosely related to the traditional Christmas song.

You will have one partner to spoil for this swap! You will pack a box with 12 wrapped gifts, and your partner will open one per day for the 12 days leading up to Christmas. Here's the catch- just like there were 5 golden rings for the fifth day and 7 swans-a-swimming for the seventh day, the number of items sent in a particular gift must coordinate with the day.

For example, for the 3rd gift, you can send 3 sticker sheets wrapped together. For the 5th gift, you can send 5 scented candles wrapped together. Try to keep the gifts with larger quantities less expensive because when you get down to the first day, you will give one more expensive gift based on your partner's profile!

Remember that gifts should be wrapped in sets for each day, and they need to have tags labeled with numbers and dates as follows:

* 12 - Dec 14
* 11 - Dec 15
* 10 - Dec 16
* 9 - Dec 17
* 8 - Dec 18
* 7 - Dec 19
* 6 - Dec 20
* 5 - Dec 21
* 4 - Dec 22
* 3 - Dec 23
* 2 - Dec 24
* 1 - Dec 25

This way, your partner will know what gift to open on what day and how many items should be included in that day's gift.

Guidelines and Such:

* All gifts should be sent in one package
* Your box should include 12 individually wrapped gifts (and a Christmas card!!!) labeled with the correct number and date for opening
* The 1 gift for Christmas Day must be something special from your partner's profile!!! Try to make it worth about 5-8 dollars.
* Try as best you can to make all of the little goodies you send for each day something that your partner will like based on their profile. At the very least, don't send anything that you know they wouldn't like.
* Send a package of the quality of a package you'd like to receive!!!
* If you really love something in your package, show your gratitude by giving a heart! <3
* The total value of the packages should be about 15-20 dollars.
* US only for postage, but feel free to open an international one if you'd like!
* As this is a high stakes swap, no newbies or ratings under 4.8!! If there is a special circumstance, like a bad rating for no reason, please send me a PM and I will check out your profile and make a decision.
* Please make sure your profile is well filled out to make it easy for your partner to send you a gift you will love!
* Because of the cost and time put into this swap, I cannot angel it, so let's all be good swappers and send to our partners (by the send date to assure that the gifts are received in time for the countdown!!)
