matryoshka in a baggie

Hi! I'm relatively new to SB and totally new to this group.. I'm pretty skint right now and in fact mainly joined SB for the hand made aspect of the site anyway... so it's hard to estimate the $£€ value of my items. Also, what sort of things tend to be sent? For instance, I like working with paper.. would it be okay if everything I sent was paper based? As in ATCs/Postcards/Hand made stickers etc? Just watching for now because I don't want to get it wrong!

There are some photos in the group forum and a list of suggested items - I think that a couple of items that are paper are ok but not the entire swap - It is best to send a variety - I am sure there are sites that help with conversion of dollars to ?

Okey doke! No, what I meant was that if the entire swap was handmade then how would you put a monetary value on it? I mean if I paid myself minimum wage then some of my swaps would be very expensive!

It's okay though - I've taken your advice and just found a really cute non-paper based item for this swap!

Sorry to ask yet another question - but from browsing the forum it seems that it's acceptable to use something other than a ziplock for swaps, as long as it fits the same dimensions. Is that the case here, too?
