Create two bright and colorful ATCs in a YELLOW color scheme using bits and pieces of paper and/or ephemera from your scrap stash. Your ATCs should be 2.5 X 3.5 inches and have a sturdy back. Please create something for your partners that you would be thrilled to include in your own collection. Get creative, have fun! One ATC for two different partners for a total of two ATCs.
