In honor of Bullwinkle's birthday on September 24th, this is a Rocky and Bullwinkle ATC swap!

In this swap, you will make 3 ATCs (2 1/2" x 3 1/2") in a Rocky and Bullwinkle theme. You can use any medium, any style, as long as Rocky and Bullwinkle is the focal point of the ATC. You will make 3 cards, and send 1 card to 3 people. You will then receive 1 card from 3 people. Let's have fun!

i have a dumb question and i looked up the faqs so i wouldnt ask a question i could find there but what is an ATC?
