Do you like crochet? Have you ever tried to make crochet dolies? They are really cheesy, and corny, and very,very retro! But they are oh so much fun to make! In this swap, you will make at least one crochet doily and a crochet flower and send them together with at least one pattern or chart to your swap partner. You can look at the profile to choose a color, but it is senders choice. So what you needto do is: Make a crochet doily, make a crochet flower, make a photocopy of your favorite pattern, and send them to your partner!!! Being a newbie myself, this swap is open to newbies. Please don't enter if you think you won't have the time to make your doily and flower. You will have four weeks from the time the partners are assigned, so that should give you plenty of time! I will angle, but only if strictly necessary!!!

Love this idea of this swap. Can the doily be made of yarn or does it have to be thread?

You can use both. I usually use yarn, thread is too thin for me, they get extra corny that way. :-)
