I am a 5th generation Floridian living on the West Coast.

I love to read mysteries, Sci-Fi, decetive, comedy type books for leisure. I do enjoy bio/autobiographies upon occassion.I like to read books based in the states as I am more familiar with the langauge and nuances of the culture.

I enjoy all types of music, however I do not like RAP / Big Band music / opera.

I enjoy chick flicks, drama, comedy (Not Adam Sandler type), and nature movies With that in mind - I enjoy all of the CSI's, the Discovery channel, TLC, Rizzole & Isles; Criminal Minds, NCIS, The Glades etc.

I can use a Kniffty Knitter and make kick butt beanies! I am learning to crochet. Gave up on knitting - ever heard of 2 left feet - well I have 2 left hands when it comes to knitting!! I am begining to embark on card making crafts. I can and have made bracelets/earrings from glass beads/semi precious stones.

I am seriously interested in the ATC craft - what a cool outlet!

I am an avid ( some would say rabid) cat person. I have 8 cats, 3 dogs, 2 ferrets, 1 hamster, 8 geckos, 1 betta fish, 4 tetra fish 1 cat fish and 1 sucker fish!!

I grow, by the Grace of a higher power, orchids. I am pretty successful with them and my neighors enjoy them as well.

I love to dance- line dance, 2 step, 1 step, east coast triple, and New York 3 count style Hustle!! I am in the painful stages of learning Salsa/Cha-Cha!! For my partner that is!! LOL.

Being outdoors is great - biking, motorcycle riding,kayaking, beach bumming.

I am a medical professional and LOVE my job. I assist people to stay in their homes, regain function and return to their previous lifestyle as possible.

Hmm favorite colors: Aqua, Teal, melon, greens,and white.

Shoe/sock size ladies 9-11.

I drink cuban coffe only, I don't drink anyother type of coffee. I do enjoy tea, hot chocolate (flavored or not). I don't drink sugary type drinks (crystal lite,etc) Stick with tea/hot chocolate!!

I am 53 so these are the things I don't Do:

Stickers of any kind Religious/political items/themes Anything that is for kids or kid like items Candy

Please do not send yarn as I am picky as to what type I use for my kniffty knitter! PLease do not send Cat stuff - I already have the real thing!! :) I DO NOT read Romance novels of any type.

I am game for most other items. Only time will tell as to what other items I do not wish to receive.
