I am a reader-knitter-tea-drinking type person who enjoys occasional paper crafting and as much Masterpiece Theater as possible. I am married to a wonderful man who can fix just about anything, and have two beautiful adult children who are really nice people. I enjoy: writing, knitting, hiking, kayaking, biking, cooking with fresh vegetables. Not in any particular order. smile.
Art museums, museums in general, old houses, farmer's markets, thrift shopping.
Good grief! There are so many: Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine, The Help, children's books, the Bible, the Lady Julia Gray series, Dance of the White Dog, anything by or about Jane Austin.
Period dramas, add in somethIng fun like The Avengers, and smaller budget, independent movies to mix it up.
Currently watching: The Great British Baking Show, The Yorkshire Vet, something about DIY Chateau. Yes, it's all British sheep and country side, but there you have it - COVID era TV.
Currently knitting a sweater! Yes, it's true - I'm going to attempt the impossible. I'm the slowest of slow knitters, so... I also like making smash journals and making cards.
Postcards: scenic countryside, art, vintage style, graphic lettering or design, buildings, anything from Europe
Postage stamps outside the U.S. Or unusual, unique U.S. Stamps
Anything related to nature, botanicals, vintage, historical, Medieval, dragons (think Lord of the Rings, Narnia), architecture, libraries, and books.
Colors: bright or deep colors over pastels.
Bookmarks, postcards, and notecards, especially if homemade!
Tea: Yes! I love to sample different types.
Washi tapes, stickers, labels are all lovely. No letter stickers please since I have a bunch that as of yet I haven't used up. What do you do with them all??
Business cards artists and yarn shops. They're miniature works of art!

Thank you so much for the happy mail with the extra violet stationery! You are so sweet. :) Since there are 3 sheets and 2 envies, I think I might keep one sheet for some special project, like writing out a poem of mine to put in a journal, or something. TY for being so thoughtful! <3
Thanks so much for your lovely mail! Will write back soonπ
