Hello! My name is Ann. I love people, I smile as often as possible because that is contagious! I collect unusual postcards, anything to do with the Nativity, the Last Supper or sewing. I love my dogs (Jack Russell Terriers), my adult daughters, my 3 grandkids, my hubby and most of all Jesus! I am currently retired and spend my days crafting, volunteering and with my grandkids and adult disabled daughter. I had worked in the business world all my adult life and was ready to give up balance sheets to find more balance in my life! I love Christmas, the whole thought that Jesus came down from the most comfortable place ever to be born already knowing his fate, this is true love! I also love autumn. One of my favorite sayings is I CAN SMELL AUTUMN DANCING IN THE BREEZE!

Favorite Music

I love love love Frank Sinatra and the whole genre of that era, a more loving time. I also adore The Beatles! The Beatles were incredible poets, putting timeless feelings of people to music! If you find me listening to music, it is usually Seriously Sinatra or The Beatles Channel on SiriusXM, singing an/or humming along!

Favorite Movies

I do not like scary movies against humans, BUT I do like scary movies like JAWS and JURASSIC PARK, yes all of them! I watch similar like movies as well.
I also enjoy Hallmark and Lifetime Christmas movies.

Favorite TV

All the Law & Orders! I also enjoy comedies that are poking fun at things and ideas, as opposed to individuals, there is enough of that in the world. One comedy I really enjoy is LAST MAN STANDING with Tim Allen. I am also becoming fond of the new comedy/romance called Bob Loves Abushola.

Favorite Crafts

I love to quilt and sew. I love most crafts! I have a Cricut, so I create many items with that! Not only cards, but wall decor, T-shirts and more! I tell the hubs if he sits still enough, I will vinalyze him! Yes, I know that is not a word! LOL My favorite color is purple, but anything with glitter works for me...lol!
I have started a couple of craft groups over the years. With a group of other women started a charity quilt group in 2003 , we make quilts for At Risk children. Another group is a Cricut group. I found like minded women in my area that loved to craft and used electronic die cutters, we have been crafting, sharing and learning from each other since January of 2016. I probably have tried every craft out there! I mostly do papercrafts and sewing 🧵 now.
