Hi there, I’m Heather. I’m a mom and wife living in Sacramento, tho we will be moving to Washington state soon.

About Me

I love making mixed media art and have a website full of mixed media tutorials along with colorful craft projects aimed towards adults. It’s called Artsy Karma. I’d love it if you checked it out.

The mixed media background tutorials is for art I’ve made for swaps plus more. Making all different types of backgrounds for artist trading cards is what inspired me to create my website.

I have way too much and so I love giving it away.

About Me

My family and I are Tibetan Buddhists. I can’t begin to explain how much starting a meditation practice changed my life. I was diagnosed with bipolar in my 20’s and had a really hard time with it until I started practicing Buddhism and meditation. That was 6 years ago and I haven’t had any bipolar episodes since. Now, I wish I could say the same about my ADHD. But it’s something I can continue to work on.

Response: I tried to outdo myself in redoing the two atc's and I sent them out today. I have been trying to get hold of my partner Sonia to let her know that so I hope she's seen these responses. I'm hoping I can get that 1 removed as quick as possible.
