Oh, why is it so difficult to fill a profile?

Well, I read about swap-bot in the postcrossing forum. It's such a funny idea!

Other things about me:
I have a family (husband, 2 lovely daughters)
I have 2 cats (cats are divine!)
I have no dogs (dogs are evil! ;-))
I like jigsaw puzzles
I like black humor
I am a chaotic housewife
Raisins in cakes are disgusting
... and sometimes I'm not very skilful in expressing myself in english ;-)

Ok, I tell about my favourite kind of postcards :-)

I display the cards on a wall in the guest bathroom. Sitting and finding strange figures at the plastered wall? No :-O So anybody on my toilet can watch picture postcards from all over the world :-))

PROFILE BASED POSTCARD SWAPS

Just to give my swap partner ideas for postcards I like most:

• something weird/bizzar/disturbing/naughty (those cards you usually don't have the courage to send to anybody, for the dark side in me...)

• anything toilet-related ...guess where I put these cards on the wall :-) My collection

• I fell in love with Irina Zeniuk Blue Cats, sooo cute! My collection

• complete blue cards

• USA: Can you help complete my state collection?

• watching TV with my girls - we like Game of Thrones, iZombie, Sherlock, Shameless, The Orville

• Picture postcards like tourists send their friends - but only if sent naked from their origin. The locations should be printed on the picture site, so that you don't need to turn the card to see where it comes from (after several of such turns the cards will be damaged...)

• oh, and please - NO cat postcards (photo). Although I do have cats and I love cats. But I have already hundreds of cat postcards, they multiply faster than mice... :-))

• and please - NO selfmade-cards (it would be like "pearls before swine"), NO ad-cards/free cards, commercial-cards, Thank you for respecting that.

I like to read Andreas Eschbach (a german science fiction author), Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett. I prefer the german translations, it would take too much time for me to try reading a big book in english.

Knitting, if I had more time... Crocheting, if I had more time... Lace making, if.... and anything with paper

At the moment I am in quite a few electronic swaps.

It is just to train and improve my English skills.

And in contrast to postcard swaps I have no trouble with unusual handwriting :-)

At work I only write business English, and that's no fun, sending payment reminders every week...
