I live in Calgary Alberta Canada and own an arts and crafts gallery. The store is about 9000 square feet and is filled with works from local and Canadian artisans. We sell pottery, art work, clothing, metal sculpture and hundreds of other hand made creations. There are over 350 artisans contributing to the store. Please have a look at the web site for a better idea of what the Galleria is all about. I have worked in the store since 1982 and purchased the business in 2005. Every day brings something new and that is why I love working in this business. I am constantly amazed with how very creative people are. I love any thing Japanese - origami paper, kimono fabric, Japanese stamps and so on. I also love beading and loose beads. I make lots of hand made things and right now am working on fabric beads for a necklace. My sewing room is filled with everything that you can think of for just about any craft. I have lots of fat quarters, lace and Czech glass buttons. I am new to swapping and am looking forward to this one very much.
