IMPORTANT NOTE If you could please write "NO safe drop" very clearly near where you write my name/address that would be fantastic (it's so if the package doesn't fit through the mail slot the post person takes it to the nearest mail outlet instead of leaving the package on my steps etc)
Well...my name is Lauren. I'm fairly laid back and quiet. I love being at the lake and reading and of course receiving mail! :] I am terrified of spiders and dislike snow (too bad for me considering where I live lol). Speaking of, I've never been anywhere "warm"! I love all the neat things people handmake but when I try to emulate them my creations mostly amount to the stickperson version.
Nov/11- I realize I haven't been on here in awhile but have been very busy/poor with school. I'm excited to start doing some small swaps!
Things I like:
crunch bars (the gold one not the blue one...I always get them confused)
Pretty rings
Incense (Any kind!)
Different flavours/kinds of lipbalm (especially in tins)
-Bath stuff (bubble bath, bombs, etc), anything but shower gel and bars of soap. (especially things from Lush or handmade!)
-any kind of loose tea as long as it's storebought/sealed
pashminas (any colour except pink, I have too many pink ones)
Chocolate with peanutbutter (especially any kind that isn't Reeses...does anyone know what happened to the Dairy Milk peanut butter chocolate bars? They were my favourite and I can't get them here anymore)
-Odd flavoured kitkats (wasabi etc)
home fragrance oils from the Body Shop etc
different kinds of packaged powdered hot drinks (except plain hot chocolate)...like mint hotchoc, instant coffees, cider, etc
-peacock related items
Please don't send: beads, postcards (unless of course, I am specifically in a postcard swap), dark or liquor chocolate, religious items, buttons, envelopes/notepaper/stationary, stuff that is pretty but can't really be used...Limited space and I hate throwing stuff out :(

hi lauren, did the stash parcel arrive yet? my local post office never gave me a customs form for it... :/ if it hasn't done yet, let me know and i'll sort out a re-send next week.
Hi Lauren, I had a bit of a rummage and found some cookie cutters, so I've popped 2 of those and a sheet of small stickers in with the rest. thanks for messaging me back, I was stuck for ideas! will be posting in the morning.
Hi Lauren.. thanks for your interest in Show Me Your Country swap. The answer to your question: yes , you will be able to join if you could email me the name of the two swaps & pictures of the two swaps. My email is [email protected]

Hi, I'm your partner on trade your stash swap #4 but am a bit stuck on what to send you as a lot of what I had for this are listed as don't send.... but you could use stickers / note paper as you still need to include a note in with your swaps stating swap title and user name. :/ I don't have any chai tea or incense, but i do have small stones you could glue/attach to your clay. would a few of those along with bits you could use for other swaps be ok?
Hola Lauren! "Read my profile and leave a comment" I totally agree about the bath and body works counter! I especially like when they have the new fragrances that arn't yet available selling for only a dollar! Do they do that in Canada too? How did you hear about swap-bot!? I just joined last year! I <3 it and hope you do too. May the new year treat you well!

Hi there,
Okay, so first off, what are ketchup chips?! Sounds interesting... Lol!
I'd love to have a go with Polymer clay, but its quite expensive over here so I keep putting it off. I thought it would be fun to make cutesy jewellery with it.
I've never come across Dairy Milk peanut bars. I also saw someone saying about Dairy milk pineapple chocolate the other day! Funny how different countries have different things, yet all made by the same company! Ah well. :-/
Nice to 'meet' you!
Happy swapping, Laura xxx

But, i would love to get to canada again. There is so much to do!:) Good luck on your nurse studies, You will make such a big difference to many people. I worked in a Personal care home for 12 years and loved it! And since I have been sick the past 3 years I have gotten close to nurses and they made a difference in my life!
