I'm a wife, mother, aunt and grandmother. I am also mom to 3 pups, a kitty and 2 pet rats. I love birdwatching- hummingbirds and cardinals are my favorites. I collect frogs- pictures, figurines, greeting cards, anything frog related. I love wind chimes. All different types of wind chimes, especially ones that can be hung outside. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially marshes, backwaters and wetland reclamation sites (lots of birds and wildlife) My favorite color is green I enjoy listening to books and drinking coffee or tea. I'll drink almost any kind of coffee but flavored is my favorite. As for tea, as long as it isn't instant I like it, but Chai and herbal teas are the ones I choose most often.

I love all kinds of music except angry, screamy, yelly music. My favorite artists are Peter, Paul and Mary, The Carpenters, Straight No Chaser(I love acapella), Barry Manilow, Manhatten Transfer, Fifth Dimension and recently was introduced to Twenty One Pilots by my younger daughter. I enjoy classical music and I have been listening to Christopher Tin's "Calling All Dawns" Pretty much, if there isn't foul language and I can sing along, I like it!

I don't know that I have a favorite book but my favorites include The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency by Alexander McCall Smith Debbie Macomber books, Kelley Armstrong's "Cainesville Trilogy", The Divergent Series, Michael Phillips "Shenendoah Sisters" series. I love children's books and young adult fiction.

I'm not much of a tv/movie watcher but I could watch Christmas movies all year long. I also love Rodgers and Hammerstein's "Cinderella", The Pitch Perfect movies(acapella again😊), musicals and movies with singing and dancing,Frozen and Up. I got hooked on the Haven series and am disappointed that this is the last season.

I enjoy sewing-mostly rag quilts, photography, crocheting, knitting and card making. My favorite things to knit are dishcloths and doll clothes for my granddaughters and my niece. I have been crocheting kitty balls, hammocks and tunnels for my rats. The latter are quick and easy and a great way to use up scraps of fabric and yarn.

LIKES: I like all things handmade. I like tea(any kind but instant), hot chocolate (both flavored and plain), coffee(flavored, instant, plain, regular and decaf) I love dark chocolate. I love learning about other places, cities, states, countries, cultures, family traditions, etc I love wildlife and my dogs, cat and rats. I like anything vintage.

DISLIKES: Except for loud, angry, heavy metal music or music with violent lyrics and movies/shows with violence blood and gore, I don't have any dislikes.
