late twenties non-american graphic designer living in washington state with my husband and baby daughter.

i illustrate, draw, sew, knit, crochet, lino-cut, paint.... i kind of do it all.

i also have a penchant for everything to do with paper and papercrafting. im kind of obsessed with it. i dont always know what to do with it, but i love collecting it.

i cant really say what my favourite band is, since my range of taste is pretty huge.

i like mostly alternative, simple music with not alot of noise. my parents raised me around alot of classic rock, which i love.

i also like metal, punk and rockabilly. any band that has piano in their music is awesome, or a brass section. like The Killers! theyre one of my favourites.

i also heart death cab for cutie! tiger army, rise against, iron maiden!

i like non-fiction! i like fiction! i like war stories, i like period romances, i love the classics, i love paranormal romance!

catcher in the rye, everything by jack kerouac or from the beat generation, grapes of wrath, memoirs of a geisha was great, queen betsy series, katie macalister, mermaids, everything!

im most definitely not picky when it comes to a good book!

•i would really like to start a state postcard collection (instead of city postcards), but i also love foreign postcards! vintage too.

I also collect Charley Harper animal postcards! I love them!

•extremely patriotic american items, as im not american
•most things floral scented, or just heavily scented.
•coffee flavoured anything (but i like the smell, WEIRD!)

•friendship books (i dont even know what to do with them?!)

in reality, i love the way glitter looks, but please please please avoid sending it to me. i have extreme skin reactions to it.

Due to illness, I received a few 1s in 2010, and while I would like to make it up to the people i wronged, they are no longer active on swapbot, and neither are the swap hosts. so despite wanting to send the swaps, i cannot.

I would really like to get back to a good rating. Before i got sick, i had only 5s, most with hearts.

Please note- my recent 3 is a rerate from a swap I failed to send 2 years ago. It is not from a recent swap.

i am not a flaker. at one point i did flake, and it was unfortunate and out of my control, but it WONT happen again.

i always send my swaps, usually the day after partners are assigned, so if you dont receive my swap- please let me know. i will be more than happy to resend.

I am more than interested in any private swaps for ATCs, postcards, smash book stuff and profile swaps! I have a lot of vintage postcards, and i can get any from my area!
