I am an American woman, married to a Swede. I moved to Sweden (Dalsland) January 2000, where I work as a computer technician. I'm a mother/grandmother/step-mother/bonus grandmother.

Due to dietary concerns, we eat LCHF (low carb, high fat), so no candy or other carbohydrates (other than very dark chocolate), please.

No tea, please, but I LOVE pecan flavored coffee (we even grind our own coffee beans!).

I knit and crochet, although most of my time these days is spent knitting socks.

I’ve been doing some kind of crafting since I can remember. I recently bought 2 looms (a table-top and one slightly larger that sits on it’s own stand) that I desperately want to learn to use. Not sure if I can learn the ins and outs (pun intended!) out of a book. I also quilt, tat, cross-stitch, sew, embroider, and so on.

Hubby and I watch a lot of crime shows. Although, I mostly use it for background noise while I am knitting. My absolutely favorite show is Extreme Home Makover.

I used to read, a lot, but now I find that my hands are busy, so I listen to a lot of podcasts (mostly about knitting) and audio books.

Narnia, The Princess Bride, The Green Mile, TLOR Trilogy, Star Wars (all of them), old musicals.

My favorite colors are purple and plums, black and gray, blues. I wear mostly black/gray and blue with a bright pink thrown in now and then for good measure. I really do not do red, yellow or orange.
