I've been wanting to have a pen pal for a while- so we could exchange cute and creative letters, but I was worried I wasn't able to do something long term. That's why this website is perfect for me, as each swap is one off. I can go all out for each person and then take a break to let my creativity recharge, so to speak.

Special interests of mine include cats, art and crafting of all kind (though drawing especially), the Victorian era, Christmas/winter time, and magic/witchy things.

I'm a bit of a magpie so I tend to collect broken bits of jewelry and scraps of ribbon and such to use in future art projects. You could send me an envelope filled with nothing but bottle caps and I'd still be pleased as punch.

My favorite colors are teal & turquoise, blue, purple, silver & gold, bright pink, and bright yellow. I like every color but neon ones.

Oooooh boy where do I start. I read A LOT. So trying to find a favorite book is like Sophie's Choice here. I'm a big fan of the Harry Potter series, The Martian Chronicles, and Fairest (by Gail Levine). I generally like stories with a lot of world building to them, and no doubt would have adored the Hobbit and LOTR if I didn't find Tolkien's style of writing to be so dull.

I watch two different types of movies: horror and historical drama/romance. Horror because I'm an adrenaline junky and historical because I'm a sucker for a good costume. I'm not really picky beyond that, it could be a terrible B-Rate horror movie or a modern times movie will a gorgeous masquerade ball scene and I'd still enjoy it.

Literally everything. I love learning new things and adore those little beginner kits. My main focuses recently has been pencil crayon, polymer clay, embroidery, and jewelry making.
