Since I was a little girl ( A LONG time ago) I have been told that my name means "busy as a bee" or "QueenBee"...So, I call my space Studio Bee Creations! *********************************** I love using (reinventing) pieces from the past - Antique quilts and textiles; Vintage buttons and lace in my work.... incorporating my treasures into my designs. *****This past year, I have fallen IN LOVE with mixed media....combining all my collections into art...I am drawn to verses, sayings, and songs...and love to create using these in my art!

I am a Christian...Wife to Mr. Wonderful, Mom to 3 grown children and grandmother (aka "Mama" to 3 grandguys....and "BeeBee" to 2 grandgals) of 5.....for now.....

Contemporary Christian.....Jazz.....Oldies from the 70's & 80's....MUSICALS....I can do all the songs from Sound of Music;West Side Story; WICKED (this ROCKS!)..RENT..Love Songs...{any}....Artists...Josh Groban, Michael Buble'....always Barbra Streisand!

Anything that is craft related...I have never been much of a reader...altho The Bible would be the top "book" on my list. I prefer to "make", instead of read about it....not the best at following directions.....

The Notebook.....any love story.....nothing scary...not really into the Twilight series(gasp!)...altho, I suppose if I had watched from the beginning I might have been interested

Junk Gypsies, Storage Wars(altho this one is getting a bit "staged", I think) ....ANY Art & Craft show...You Tube video ( I watch these over & over for inspiration)....Craft Wars was good "brain candy)......ANY Law & Order....CI, SVU, etc....NCIS....Criminal Minds...CSI Miami...CSI (original), The Mentalist, Burn Notice, PARENTHOOD!!!!!!!!; Rizolli & Isles; Scandel;Greys Anatomy...yes...I am addicted to the TV running constantly....keeps me creating!

Mixed Media...anything....I have sewed forever...quilted, was a Stampin UP! demonstrator;papercrafting....mostly making STUFF outta junk!....I cannot seem to throw away anything....I look at everything to be able to be "used" on or in some kind of art.

My color is the turquoisy/teal/aqua family.....with a pop of red.....I must have over a dozen shirts that are that color!
