I've recently started a branch of Hike it Baby here in Ann Arbor. Hike it Baby is a parent group that focuses on getting families out into nature as soon as possible after the birthing process. This helps prevents postpartum depression, creates a supportive environment for moms, dads, and children; and instills a sense of appreciation for nature. We host hikes all over the nation and in Canada. It's seriously changed my life! Get out and get some fresh air! :)

I've started a postcard collecting project for my son, Neko. I'd like to share the world with him from a very young age. I grew up in a small town and never realized there was an entire world out there to discover until I was 16 or 17 years old. I want him to reach for the stars, dream big dreams, and travel around the world - do all of the things that I did and MORE.
Please send Neko and I a postcard that symbolizes your country, city, or region, and tell us about who you are, the kinds of things you like to do, and maybe tell us something we might not know about where you live! Or...maybe you want to pass along a wise saying or advice to a two year old or a mother of a two year old! My goal is to collect a postcard from every country in the world. If you think you can help us, let us know!
Also, we are collecting UNESCO World Heritage Site postcards!

Neko is my 3 year old son. He is my absolute pride and joy. He was a surprise, but the best surprise I could have ever imagined! He loves the water, cars, garbage trucks, construction equipment, animals, and reading. He's into superheros, especially Batman, Spiderman, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
He is what inspired me to start collecting postcards! :)

Hi Annie ♥
I just wanted to leave you a comment telling you how much I enjoyed participating in the Traveling Postcard Swap Series... I remember when I first saw the swap, I didn't meet the requirements (because I didn't have enough ratings), but as soon as I met the requirements (50 type 2 / type 3 swaps completed) I signed up immediately! Haha! I participated every round from R12-R40 and was happy to have received two completed postcards back during the time I participated! ♥ I think the reason I enjoyed the swap so much was because you were such a wonderful and helpful host... I just wanted to tell you THANK YOU for hosting the swap as long as you did and I'm happy to have been a part of it! ♥
Looking forward to the next postcard mash! What a great swap idea! Thanks so much for all your hard work with hosting! Debbie
