About Me

When making ATCs for me, please do not include any nudity or profanity... my kids like to flip through my ATC collection and I would prefer to not have to keep any out! Thanks!

I am a Stay-at-home mom...I have a daughter who is 6, a son who is 4 and a son who is 1. I love to bake, craft, sew, quilt.. and I would love to learn how to paint! I love the fall, the colors red & purle and I love all office supplies!

I live just north of Denver, Colorado and have lived in the Denver metro area my whole life.

I have a degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder and I am a graduate of the Pastry Arts program from the Cooking School of the Rockies. I enjoy making and decorating cakes...especially wedding cakes!

I love fall and everything that comes with it... crisp air, crunchy leaves, pumpkin and hot soup!

Favorite Music

I LOVE music! All kinds. My kids and I sing and dance all the time! It is a great way to stay happy! There is always someone singing somewhere in my house!

Dancing around and being silly is a must!

About Me

I LOVE to read... and my kids love to read! We have a huge collection of kids books and keep collecting more! I enjoy reading children's books that have great pictures... with lots of colors! :) I hope to someday write a children's book!

I also enjoy historical fiction, Christian fiction and mysteries. Oh...and I love Harry Potter...

Favorite Colors

Red, Purple, Blue

I didn't like Pink until my baby girl was born and now I like it a lot!

Also, I never thought I would like the color Orange, but I am starting to!

My Kiddos...

Brenna is 6 and loves all things GIRL! She is a ballerina, a singer, a crafter, and a Daisy Girl Scout. She loves Pink, Purple and Blue....princesses, ballerinas, cats, stickers, embellishments, and anything with glitter! She has started making ATCs with me and loves it!

Reid is 4 and is about as BOY as you can get! He loves space, trains, rockets, balls, Disney Cars, Tarzan and Toy Story. He wants to be an astronaut and loves all things space. He likes doing crafts with his sister and I. His favorite color is green.

Shawn is a baby... :)

Things I like...

I like all things that can be used on ATCs...

I like pages out of old books...especially if they are in another language or in a fun script. They make great backgrounds on cards!

I like owls, butterflies and "earthy" things. Not huge on cartoon characters.

I love it when I get an ATC and I can tell that the artist really put some thought into it and spent a little bit of time on it!

I love getting mail!! ♥

Comment: So creative! Thanks for the "Wallpaper" and "X-marks the spot" ATCs! I loved these, they are some of my fave ATCs ever received! Oh, you wrote Hand Cancel, but the PO ignored you. Nothing got damaged luckily. Thanks also for all the little extra papers, etc. Happy swapping!

Response: I am glad you like it! I used liquid called "Glossy Accents" that I got at the craft store in the stamping department. It is really fun to use! :)

Comment: thank you. i do not know if you looked at my profile but if you did you may have noticed I am a pagan. I do not mind getting Christmas cards at Christmas. I respect the beliefs of family and friends who send them in the spirit they are sent but would personally never send a pagan card to a swapper who I did not know is pagan. I have not held this agent you but many would. Just something to think about.
Response: Sorry about that... I have 3 young children and have very little time to swap at all, let alone read all of the profiles. I am trying to use up some cards that I found in my parents' basement before I have to go out and buy some new cards! Again...sorry for not looking. I really wasn't trying to be insensitive! :)
