I'm Corinne and i live in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada (easy to draw, hard to pronounce). I'm single and work for the federal government. my room has been taken over by scrapbooking and a lot of altered projects and supplies. my reading appetite is huge, as i read just about a book a day.
my favourite music is classical. i really enjoy the timelessness of it, i can enjoy the music and not worry about what the words are - just listening to the instruments and those amazing performers. i'll listen to the rest of it - the jazz, the pop, the country, the gospel and sometimes even rock. but my go to music is classical. to me, it's soothing and yet very inspirational.
i have soooo many authors that i enjoy reading. everything from science fiction fantasy, to romances. Clive Cussler to Johanna Lindsey and Amanda Quick to Katherine Kerr. and just about anything inbetween.
My mother would say that i have too many crafts on the go. i disagree. never tooo many crafts. from cross stitch to crochet. including crewel embroidery, hardanger, needlepoint, folk art. i've put the needle down for a while to concentrate on paper - i've been scrapbooking, altering items, making cards and ATC's. lately i've been combining loads of techniques into art journals and enjoying the journey.
Things that i like.... (in no particular order or reason) peonies, old wallpaper patterns, vintage plant illustrations, pansies, French flea market paper, dark chocolate, apothecary labels, ephemera, old handwriting, flourishes, Dill Pickle chips, vintage linens, lilacs, pens, Pepsi, Mom's homemade bread and pies, sepia photos, Colours: true red, turquoise, teal, sea green, mint, robin's egg blue, kiwi, chocolate brown, fushia
Not too keen on: John Deere green, weeds in the garden, brussel sprouts, neon colors

Katherine Kerr is great. Past a certain book, the publisher stopped USA releases and my friend ordered from UK. I got halfway through thr Deverry series! I would have to go back, read them over and start again if I was able to get all the books, the ones I read were so long ago. Γ’ΛΒΊ
