I rate within three days upon receiving swap item(s). If I did not rate, it means I have not received anything.
I live in Malaysia so please take note of the time differences. If you are really curious, you can take a look at the time differences here http://www.worldtimezone.com/
I usually send swap item(s) in the evening and then MARK my status as SENT. Domestic mails and packages will be postmarked within 3 days excluding public holidays and Sundays (e.g.: I send in the evening on 19/10/11, it will be postmarked by 22/10/11 or earlier), I WON'T KNOW the postmark date and time for international mails and packages. As for postcards, I usually just put them in the postbox and MARK as SENT, I WON'T KNOW when the postcards are postmarked unless I track'em down like a lunatic, which is clearly never ever going to happen.
I prefer postcard sent naked with beautiful and/or unique stamps (without envelope). However, please send the postcard in an envelope if you think it is flimsy so that it will survive the mailing process. I wouldn't be happy receiving a damaged postcard. Who would?
